Refund Policy

Last updated: 02 February 2026

1. General Policy

Dr. Marketing provides digital marketing and consulting services that involve time, expertise, strategy, and creative work. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made to Dr. Marketing are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

2. No Refund on Completed Work

Once a service, project milestone, or consultation has been completed or delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes strategy sessions, marketing plans, branding assets, ad campaigns, and website-related services.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments secure your project slot and cover initial planning and resource allocation. These payments are non-refundable, even if the client decides to discontinue the service before completion.

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For recurring or retainer-based services, clients may cancel future billing with prior written notice. However, payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where Dr. Marketing is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations. Any approved refund will be partial and proportional to the unfinished work.

6. Client Delays or Non-Response

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the client, including late responses, missing materials, or lack of approvals. Project timelines depend on active client cooperation.

7. Third-Party Costs

Expenses related to third-party services such as ad spend, domain purchases, hosting, software subscriptions, or platform fees are strictly non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Dr. Marketing to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We encourage clients to reach out so concerns can be addressed professionally.

9. Policy Updates

Dr. Marketing reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised date.

10. Contact for Refund Requests

For any refund-related inquiries, clients must contact Dr. Marketing through the official website or registered business email with project details and payment information.
